Description
Options & Customization
1. Built-in Thermocouples
Cartridge heaters can be customized with built-in thermocouples, available in Type “J” or Type “K”. The thermocouple can be installed at the end or middle position of the heater, with grounded or ungrounded design for accurate real-time temperature monitoring.
2. Excellent Sealing & Moisture Resistance
Teflon lead wires are optional for enhanced sealing and moisture-proof performance. The lead end can be sealed with epoxy, silicone or Teflon, with a maximum working temperature up to 245℃.
3. High Temperature Resistant Materials
For extreme high temperature working conditions, our cartridge heaters adopt ceramic end cap sealing with high temperature ceramic glue, supporting a maximum operating temperature up to 800℃.
4. Custom Distributed Wattage
In applications like sealing machines and rubber molds, the two ends of the heater usually run colder than the middle part. To solve uneven heating problems, we can customize higher wattage at both ends to achieve uniform heat output. 35/30/35 is the standard common wattage distribution solution.
5. Custom Non-Heating Sections
Non-heating parts are fully customizable. The length and position of the non-heating zone can be manufactured according to your actual application, to obtain the best heating performance. The no-heat section can be set at the middle or the end of the cartridge heater.
6. Optional Multi Heating Zones
Xingke supports custom separate heating zones for one single heater. It can work as a standard integral heater, or you can control each heating zone separately to realize partial heating as required.
