Tubular Heater

Structure & Material
Tubular heater is a compact electric heating element, mainly composed of resistance wire, insulated magnesium oxide powder and metal sheath (commonly stainless steel, copper or Incoloy). It features good sealing, high thermal conductivity and stable insulation performance, and can be bent or formed into various shapes to fit different heating surfaces.

Application & Performance
It is widely used for heating liquid, gas and solid surfaces in industrial equipment, such as moulds, water tanks, air ducts and packaging machinery. With advantages of high heating efficiency, fast temperature rise, long service life and easy installation, it supports custom voltage, power and size to meet diverse industrial heating demands.
