Structure & Features

Mica band heaters are constructed with high-quality resistance wire, mica insulation and high-temperature stainless steel casing. They feature uniform heat distribution, impact resistance and a peak temperature rating up to 482°C (900°F).

Applications & Customization

Mainly used in pipe heating, injection molding, extrusion and blow molding machinery. They can be equipped with built-in thermocouples, nipples, holes and slots for external sensors.
