Structure & Features

Xingke coil heaters consist of resistance wire in straight or helical form, with flexible designs including optional J/K thermocouple and customizable square/rectangular cross-sections for better heat transfer. They support various sizes, surface treatments, and can reach a maximum working temperature of 600℃.

Applications & Customization

Available in multiple coil sections with inner diameter Φ10–Φ45mm and max power density 9W/cm². Widely used in hot runner systems, injection and blow moulding machines, manifolds, PET preform and thin-wall container moulds.
